After thoughtful consideration we have decided to pull the plug on the project the SWOP has become over the years. The Swedish open 2022 will be cancelled and any payments received is being refunded.
Reasoning
After a longer break since 2019 we realise the energy required to boost up the swop to the level we would like is just not there anymore. The crew behind the event has decided that doing something which is not up to our standards is not an option and we prefer to keep the proud memories of the past events instead of messing it up in the end
History and memories
The best things from the swop is all the memories created and watching the sport grow from the front row of our small home town.
